❓ What should I do if my student needs to take time off?

Please email or call us as soon as you know your student will be absent for an extended period. From there, you’ll choose one of the following options:

• Vacation Mode (recommended for short-term absences)
  
  

• Membership Cancellation

🏖️ What is Vacation Mode?

Vacation Mode allows your student to take time off without losing their spot in class at their current tuition rate.

✅ How It Works:

• Fill out the Vacation Mode form below: (this form must be completed to ensure  vacation mode is activated properly on you account)

• Billing dates and payments stay the same
  
  

• Your membership payment date is extended based on the amount of time missed when the student's TMA Anniversary month arrives, and  you will be receiving your period of 'no payments' at that time.
  
  

• Time can be extended up to one testing cycle (10 weeks)
  
  

❌ What if we need to cancel our membership?

We completely understand that sometimes schedules or circumstances change.

📌 Cancellation Policy:

• 30-day written notice is required -  please e-mail info@transformma.com .You should receive a confirmation email from us  within a few days.  If you do not, please check your spam folder and then reach out to us via phone to ensure we received your notice.
  
  

• Membership ends 30 days from your initial written communication
  
  

• Any tuition due during that 30-day period is processed as normal.

• If a student re-enrolls at a later date, they will  remain their same rank!  However, your tuition rate will adjust to the current rate and based on time gone, may be subject to re-enrollment fees.
